Did you know that
Microsoft Teams allows you to set Quiet Hours
to limit notifications outside of work hours? This is great for staying focused
and avoiding distractions during personal time.
Here’s how to set
Quiet Hours in Teams:

Click on your profile picture in the
top right corner of Teams.

Select
"Settings".

Go
to "Notifications".

Set
your Quiet Hours by selecting your preferred start and end time.
This ensures you
won’t get notifications for messages or meetings during your downtime.
