Did you know that
Outlook has a built-in feature to help you find the best time for your
meetings? Using the Scheduling Assistant
can make it much easier to find a time when all attendees are available, saving
you from the back-and-forth of checking calendars manually.
Here are a few quick
tips on how to use the Scheduling Assistant
when sending calendar invites:

Create a New
Meeting:
Open your Outlook calendar and click on "New Meeting."

Add
Attendees: In
the "To" field, add the email addresses of the participants.

Select the
Scheduling Assistant: Once the meeting details are entered, click on the
"Scheduling Assistant" tab.

View
Availability:
The Scheduling Assistant will show you the availability of all attendees,
helping you find an open slot that works for everyone.

Choose the
Best Time: After
reviewing, select the best time that works for all attendees, then send
the invite!
This feature ensures
