Did You Know You Can Sync Your Files to Work Offline?
Hi All,
Did you know that
you can access your OneDrive files even
when you're offline? This feature is
perfect for situations where you're working without an internet connection. The
files you sync are available on your device, and any changes made will
automatically sync back to OneDrive once you're back online.
Here’s how you can
make your OneDrive files available offline:
-
Open
OneDrive:
Click on the OneDrive icon in your system tray (or launch the app).
-
Find the
Files: Navigate
to the files or folders you want to use offline.
-
Right-click
the File/Folder:
Select the option “Always keep on this device” to ensure that file is always available
offline.
-
Check Sync
Status: The
files will have a green checkmark, indicating that they are synced and
available offline.
Once synced, any
changes made will automatically update the cloud when you're connected to the
internet again.
This feature is
especially useful when you're traveling or in locations with limited internet
access.
