Onboarding Approval
This is how you approve a new hire in freshservice
You should receive an email that looks like this
Click the onboarding form text
There are three different types of onboarding, Service Leader, Equipment Tech, and all others
First Lets go over SL and ET
When you click the onboarding form this shows up
For a service leader, it is already defaulted to an iPhone. The equipment techs with also have an iPhone but have the option to have a laptop.
For all other positions, it will look like this
There are many options to add and some are required (already selected). Please select all needed options
After that is complete, select approve and submit
Congrats! You have now approved an Onboarding request.
