Creating a Ticket

Creating a ticket can be done by sending an email to support@virginiagreen.com or through the Freshservice portal.

To create a ticket through the portal, , open up freshservice at the url virginiagreen.freshservice.com

You will get to the homepage that looks like this

Select report an issue

Fill out the form with relevant information

If the issue is occurring with a single device, you can assign the device to the ticket.
